[Bangkok] (April 19, 2024) - Thai Bridgestone Co., Ltd., officially announced that  BRIDGESTONE TURANZA T005 EV, the premium high-performance tire for EVs developed from the combination of multiple cutting-edge technologies, ENLITEN, has been selected by MG to enhance premium and convenient driving of the new fun-to-drive and high-performance EV, MG4 XPOWER launched in Thailand as of March 25, 2024.

The fitment for the new high-performance EV, MG4 XPOWER from MG is BRIDGESTONE TURANZA T005 EV with ENLITEN technology, fitting rims 18 inches, developed with key features without any compromise on performance or safety:              

· By reducing weight and redesigning the structure of the tire, it enhances efficiency by reducing rolling resistance, promoting better electric efficiency over the distance charging per 1 time.

· By utilizing three-dimensional tire groove design technology combined with appropriate tread pattern and depth design, and evenly distributing tire contact patches, it enhances grip on wet and dry roads.

NEW MG4 ELECTRIC is a pure electric hatchback and a new standard of a fun-to-drive EV with MG4 XPOWER. This is a high-performance, 4WD EV Hot Hatch equipped with a dual motor setup which can produce 435 hp of peak output and a peak torque of 600 Nm. MG4 ELECTRIC has a low center of gravity, McPherson Strut independent front suspension and  5-Link independent rear suspension to minimize vibration from road surface and maximize traction.
