[Bangkok] (January 27, 2022) – Bridgestone Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. organized the “2022 COCKPIT Annual Meeting” for nationwide franchisees from 187 branches, demonstrating thankfulness for the forces driving their continual success in 2021.
The conference, held via an online platform throughout January, also clarified operational strategies for driving COCKPIT to become a leader full-circuit services in the fast-fit retail business.

COCKPIT reaffirms its brands as the one-stop auto care center, and this year continually joins forces with franchisees to improve business operations by reinforcing strong strategies. COCKPIT is committed to pushing standardization strategy for tire and non-tire products, including tire, brake, battery, shock absorber, and lubricant to meet various customers’ needs. Furthermore, COCKPIT sets up a high standard of service with a goal of 80% of all branches together with professional training for staff and mechanics to be more professional encompassing customer satisfaction with delivering the highest standard and safety of products and services. Owing to meeting digital lifestyle and customer acquisition in various segments, COCKPIT enhances its online marketing strategy. In addition, a digital transformation strategy enables COCKPIT to drive sales and customer services management to be more agile. COCKPIT also emphasizes collaborating with business partners to expand its new business model service networks to over 300 branches throughout the country by 2024. The service networks will be in strategic locations to increase the convenience for customers with more comprehensive service.
